How Qorr handles personal information on this website.

01
Scope of this notice
This notice explains how Qorr handles personal information when you visit this website, express interest in a Qorr username, or contact us.
Qorr's identity service is still being prepared. Before live accounts, identity verification, or app connections become available, we will publish a product-specific notice describing those data practices in detail.
02
Who is responsible
Qorr is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through our contact page.
Our registered legal name, business address, and any dedicated data protection contact will be added here before public launch.
03
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
- A username you would like to claim or reserve.
- Your name, email address, selected topic, and optional message when you contact us.
- Any other information you voluntarily include in a message.
Basic technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referral source, and request time. This supports delivery, reliability, and protection of the website.
04
Why we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to questions and early-access requests;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud, and technical problems; and
- meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Depending on the situation, our legal basis is taking steps you request, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting Qorr, compliance with law, or your consent where consent is required.
06
How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as needed for the reason it was collected. Contact enquiries are kept while we respond and for a reasonable period afterward. Early-access details are kept until the request is fulfilled, withdrawn, or no longer relevant.
Qorr does not keep a separate website database copy of contact-form messages. Short-lived abuse-prevention records contain hashed identifiers rather than form contents and expire automatically after ten minutes.
Security logs are retained for a limited operational period. Some records may be kept longer where law, dispute resolution, or protection against abuse requires it.
FormSubmit may retain contact-form submissions for up to 30 days to support delivery and recovery.
07
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where personal information leaves the European Economic Area, Qorr will use a recognised legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
08
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may object to certain uses and withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
Contact us through the contact page to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Luxembourg, that authority is the CNPD.
10
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the website and Qorr evolve. Material changes will be highlighted here with a new update date.
