Questions, answered
Qorr is a private, portable identity. Verify who you are once, with one username, and use it to sign in across every app that supports Qorr, instead of verifying yourself from scratch on every one.
No. Qorr is built around passkeys, so you approve sign-ins with your device (Face ID or Touch ID) instead of creating or remembering another password.
No. The liveness check happens once, at setup, to confirm you're a real, live person. Qorr never receives or stores a photo, video, or reconstructable image of your face.
The uniqueness check happens through our liveness provider, not on our end. When you complete the check, the provider compares it against everyone already enrolled and tells us only whether it's a match. We never receive or store the underlying face data ourselves.
So every username belongs to exactly one real person. It's what stops someone from creating multiple fake accounts across different apps, without asking you for a password, phone number, or ID.
Just enough to confirm you're a real, verified, unique person: your username, whether you're verified, how long you've had your account, and a basic trust signal. Qorr never shares your face, your liveness data, your email, or your phone number, because it never has those to begin with.
Not at first. During early access, all you need is a username and a passkey on your device. An emergency contact email is only collected later, at activation, as a way to reach you if something critical comes up.
Qorr is in early access. You can reserve your username now, we'll notify you when it's time to activate your account.
Reserving your username now doesn't require the liveness check yet, that happens at activation, closer to launch, once Qorr is live with supported apps.
